Yes. Every plan is month to month, with no term and no cancellation fee. Email or call and it takes effect the same day. Florida also gives you three business days to back out of anything sold inside your home, and we honour that on everything we sell.
No, and we would rather say so now than after you have signed. Termites, bed bugs, rodent exclusion, wildlife, fire ants and mosquito are all quoted separately, and every price is published. Your plan covers ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, wasps and mice.
It takes about three times as long. We inspect the whole structure, treat inside and out, clear webs and nests, and find the gaps that are letting things in. That visit is $189. Everything after it is maintenance at your plan rate.
About thirty minutes for interior treatments, which is how long the product takes to dry. Keep children and pets off treated baseboards until then. Exterior work needs no wait at all. Ask any technician for the product label and they will hand it to you.
Call us and we come back out. No charge, and no cap on how many times you use it. That is the entire point of being on a plan rather than booking visits one at a time.
For the first visit yes, since we are inspecting inside. After that most quarterly customers just leave the gate unlocked and get on with their day. We text before we come and leave a note of what we found.
